Having worked in the natural hair industry for over 20 years, we recognize that there is a shortage of authentic Natural Hair Care Professionals and Loctician in and around the surrounding areas Charlotte NC. We are proud to offer textured hair types with a wide variety of hairstyles, treatments, and products that reflect individuality without compromising the health and beauty they desire.
ABOUT
Dominique Jordan, a graduate of Dudley's Beauty College Washington DC, attained her License of Cosmetology in 2003. Dominique developed a passion for hair when her mother, also a Licensed Cosmetologist, took Dominique for her first salon visit. Dominique began her career as a braider for an Award Winning Hair Weaver and soon after giving birth to her beautiful daughter, SéBria, Dominique accepted a position with Regis Hair Corporation. Being the sole stylist of black/African American natural hair in the salon, Dominique soon realized that there was not only a shortage of Beauticians for those with loose naturally curly and Locticians for loc'd (aka Dreadlocks) hair but the industry was lacking training for this market altogether.
Dominique made a conscious effort to make a difference thus founding the LOCosophy Natural Hair Brand...
